Hi guys! My name is Stephanie I’m French
from Paris 44 years old. It’s my first time
here in Thailand, in the camp before I came I booked the weight loss
program, so I’m here for like 2 weeks 14 days and today it’s my last day and well
it’s been a great time here. I had so much fun and I really enjoy the classes, the teachers, the coach everybody’s here is very nice and I had
such a great time here. So yes it’s it’s a fun moment to spend here and with fun people. Because of my program, the weight loss program, I had
to start the day with at 8 o clock We always thought it would be from 8 to 9
we have the Muay Thai but it’s the program Muay Thai but to lose weight
actually. Then after that we have the functional, so you train for an hour and
then the last hour in the morning it’s boxing, Western boxing class. And then
after that we have a break and at four o’clock we start again
and we have the functional again in the afternoon and two hours or of boxing and so you can choose between Western box or Muay Thai. I really enjoy Muay Thai so it was my first experience for MuayThai and I think it’s the best because Muay Thai for me it’s very complete because I can use my legs, my whole
body. The trainers are very patient with you because I was a
beginner and so they have to teach me everything about box at the beginning
and they don’t judge you if you’re good or bad. They just take that time off
and explain and they are very nice so the quality of the teachers here is
high-quality really. The food is great The ladies from the kitchen they
are so sweet, so nice, always smiling and very good cookers. You’re gonna enjoy a
lot the Thai food, of course, and because I was on on the weight loss program then
I was on the diet too but for me it wasn’t very difficult. You don’t feel
like you’re on a diet actually so everything is done here to make you
happy, to feel like at home so it’s very nice to be home
even if you’re following from home so so you can train in a in a very nice area
sometimes we can also go outside of the camp so we had walks outside you can
also have the you can run there’s a lake and not far away so neighborhood is nice
because it’s quiet and peaceful so after the 14 days my I’m very proud of myself
because I did it and because I started from zero really and if I could do it
you can do it I’m joking so it’s yeah it’s it’s a very nice
experience and I can show the benefits to my body I feel much better got much more energy also and and I lost
weight also so almost like three kilos for me of fact and I can find you my
selves in my body also so it’s kind of cool
so now even after two weeks I yeah it’s just you can you can really feel the
results after two weeks so it’s so I can imagine if you can stay longer I think
it’s even better and well I think after like those two weeks I can stay if I
I’ll come back and sure I’ll come by because on its own yeah it was just
perfect for me everything I needed I could find it sure
you feel good here so many people say it like before I came here that sure it’s a
big family and I really think it’s a big family here so you feel like at home
with your own families when you make new friends
so fun for life yes I’ll come back for sure you
